Superb service, (hard to get) availability (due to staff extra effort and care) and price!
Really impressed with a shining star @ bedsONline from start to finish. Firstly having a website chat service with a star called Jenni who went the extra mile to find exactly what I wanted (even though it was discontinued and very little to zero availability for it) found exactly what I wanted (Jenni went the extra mile calling all the branches finding the mattress on the one side of the country and the base on the other the other side of the country) and getting it all sorted out. Jenni diligently followed up and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Something that lacks most often in South Africa is true customer service which was not the case by bedsONline thanks to Jenni.

From the ordering till the receiving , no complaints whatsoever. Very satisfied
