Had wonderful interaction with Jenni, her before and after sales is superb.
Jenni also went the extra mile to ensure the bed which was received in excellent condition, was delivered on time due to the need of having it as my husband was discharged from hospital. The driver Richard, also ensured I received it timeously and used his own personal transport to deliver it on time. 1000% satisfied 💖

Your receptionist called to ask when we would like to have the bed delivered. Lo and behold the bed arrived at the time I’d requested ( so unusual in this day and age!) AND your gents assembled the bed for me and we’re really very friendly. I will most definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you Beds Online!
